The equipment of Sirius company (Turkey), provides coloring of surfaces by powder paints, for protection against corrosion of metal constructions and the products which are being in various conditions of operation.
The coverings received by a method of dispersion with subsequent high-temperature meltback, have a number of advantages of other kinds of coverings:
- coverings possess good adhesion to metal, high hardness and elasticity, heat resistance;
- chemical-resistant in relation to an excited environment (acids, solutions, all kinds of oils, gases, solvents);
- high insulating properties;
- do not change mechanical properties of a material;
- long term of operation of details and units with the given covering;
- lower cost in comparison with other kinds of protective coverings.
Decorative protective coatings on the basis of epoxy-powder compositions, practically completely protect metal designs and details from corrosion.
The factory has four painting cells, one of which is robotized.
